HOW IT STARTED
I started my journey just like you: exhausted and frustrated with the numbers on the scale!
I had been studying nutrition for many years and was even in the midst of a PhD in nutrition however I had a very negative relationship with my body and with food. Being an expert in nutrition I didn`t realise how important it was to nourish my mind too… until I met my coach and everything changed! I started understanding how powerful our mind is and how important it is to create a postive and loving relationship with our amazing body and the food we eat.
Twenty years, many books, courses and experiences later, this holistic approach is what differentiates me as a nutritionist. Regardless you want to reclaim your energy, drop a few dress sizes, regain your body confidence or improve your overal health, I can garantee you lasting results by tailoring a step by step individualised nutrition and mindfulness plan that is do-able and sustainable and, even more importantly, helps you to achieve your goals without having the feeling of being on a diet.
